CHILD PROTECTION POLICY
FrogDiva Photography / Through Frog Eyes is committed to safeguarding the well-being of all the children and young people. Our policy on child protection is in accordance with UNICEF's Programme for Child Protection from violence, exploitation and abuse and the European Union charter of child protection and welfare.
No photographs of children are posted on this website without the explicit content of the parent and / or legal guardian. In the Indigenous Communities gallery, all photographs are published with permission of the community leaders and social workers.
No photographs of inappropriate public display of affection involving children.
In the event that a photograph of a child is published with consent, the photograph will remain on the website gallery for a maximum period of three (3) months.
If the photograph is connected to a blog entry, the blog entry will be deleted in its entirety after six (6) months.
No street photography involving minors below 15 years old is published on this website. If for some reason a child is unavoidably included in the image, the face will be processed so as he/she is not recognisable.

ANIMAL WELFARE POLICY
FrogDiva Photography / Through Frog Eyes supports worldwide efforts, movements, statements and legislation on animal welfare protection.
We support the European Convention for the Protection of Pet Animals.
We advocate and implement the humane treatment of pet animals.
We encourage and advocate the rescue of animals being held in cruel conditions.
We use photography and publication of articles as a means of creating awareness and generating support for animal welfare.
Collaboration with animal welfare associations and shelters is on a pro-bono basis
